veslariusgaming Posted November 25, 2011 Share Posted November 25, 2011 I have started several new characters and went directly to windhelm from Whiterun and I've never gotten this quest to start. I tried typing in console bypass commands and even had a notification telling me that I completed Blood on the ice with one command, but still when I went to purchase the home, the guy still said that it was unavailable.
