I can't start my game at all

Go to your nexus manager and deselect all your mods to see if your game will fire up. Then add a mod in two at a time until your game starts. This'll narrow down which mod is the culprit. The Eyebot Automatron Bot Mod screwed up my game big time but once I deleted it things work great. Hope this helps.

This is from the launcher, and not from NMM? Go to steam, library, right click on Fallout 4, go to Properties. Hit the Local Files tab, then Verify Integrity of the Game. Then try again. I would recommend using Mod Organizer 2 alpha 7, rahter than Nexus Mod Manager. It will keep your Data folder fairly clean, and good to go.

If the game isn't starting from launcher, go to where you have your game installed. c:\program files (x86)\Steam\Steamapps\Common\Fallout 4. Right click on launcher, go to Properties. Go to the Security tab. Towards the bottom, check Run as Administrator. Then apply, then okay. Do the same thing to Fallout 4. Then try again. If that doesn't help, then not sure what to do. I usually don't keep any games under the Program Files, or the x86, because you have to jump through so many hoops to get things to run. Here's something to try, for future games, and even Fallout 4. Create a folder on your hard drive, which should be C:, unless you have multiple drive, then your smallest drive. Create a folder, and name it Steam Games. Click on Steam, then go to settings. Go to Downloads. Then click on Steam Library Folders. Then click add folder. Add the new folder. This will be where your games will be installed, unless you specify back to the steam folder under program files. If you have a ton of mods, with Nexus Mod Manager, in Fallout 4's Data folder, you want to copy that whole thing somewhere. This might take a while. I would recommend using Mod Organizer in place of Nexus Mod Manager. To find the latest Mod Organizer, check out here: https://github.com/TanninOne/modorganizer/releases You will also want F4SE, and that may help, a little, as well: http://f4se.silverlock.org/ Unfortunately everything I have is a bit older on Mod Organizer, and other stuff, but if you got to youtube, and check out Dirty Weasel Media, Gopher, and Gamer Poets, they can go in depth more that I can, in a post. And also keep asking questions. I will say you may have to uninstall the game, and reinstall it elsewhere. Just as a last resort.
