LE Hoodless Archmages Robes

Hi guys. Im currentley doing a playthrough as a Nord mage, and Im wearing the Archmage Robes. They are both awesome, and look very cool, but their looks are harmed (IMO) by the hood. This means that I cant wear my pretty circlet, nor show the enemy my pretty red hair before I turn them into a human shish kebab.

Here you can see the problem. I cant wear my pretty circlet, nor show off my hair. I dont want to go back to my novice robes becuase they dont look as cool. And are nowhere near as effective.

In this screen you can see what I want the armour to look like. The hood is removed when viewing in the item menu to leave a cool shirt/jacket/poncho style thing.

 

Basically, it would be great if someone could cut out the hood from the armour, so that I can wear my circlet and show my hair as well as wear the armour at the same time. Trouble is, I have no modding skills in TES games and cant model either.

 

So would such a thing be possible? Would anyone be willing to do it for me?
