LE Full Inventory System Revamp

Yep I want a fix to the favorites section too, thats the only thing I really have a problem with like I discussed with Sou1Co11ector. After some thought, he came up with the radial concept which I think is cool. Luketroy has it spot on that all sections should be customizable for user preference; first thing I wanted is Books (like treasure maps and notes) onto the thing as extra. Adding subsections under it for different armour etc could make it even better.

I have one simple idea to redo the inventory system with.

 

Think Neverwinter nights first of all.

 

Bags, primarily magical bags. I would like to be able to carry my items in different bags. This would be a monumental modding task, I can't even imagine how one would go about rewiring the inventory system in such a way. Regardless though, having hammer space accessible simply through whatever pants pockets you have, or inside your shirt.. doesn't seem very realistic. The way NVN did it was drastically better. The actual navigation of the inventory however... Skyrim wins HANDS DOWN.

 

Leave navigation alone, add bags.

I don´t see what´s the problem with it?People say it´s badand it´s made for consoles and stuff well it´s just a matter of us pc users gettng used to it.The only thing I don´t like is the map, would prefer it to be a paper map rather than googleearth on skyrim XD

I don't think it's bad, I think it's great. But I also think it could just be so much better. That's why we are all here aren't we, because it's a great game that could still be so much better. Why would you want to get used to something when you can make it better?
