MarchWaltz Posted November 14, 2011 Share Posted November 14, 2011 I'm doing a quest called Forbidden Legends, and I have to go to a dungeon called Saarathal, but when I get there the door is locked, and yes I have completed the previous steps to this quest. Now, the only solution I can find is joining the mages guild, but I really do not want to join the mages guild.....it would be a really stupid decisions by the devs in order to complete and INDEPENDENT side quest you needed to join a guild. Anyway, is there anyway I can enter without joining the guild? Or did beth do something really, really stupid. Thanks. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
KalChoedan Posted November 14, 2011 Share Posted November 14, 2011 (edited) AFAIK the only way that door is getting unlocked is via the relevant early (i.e. 1st) Mages Guild quest. Whether you choose to join the Mages or merely infiltrate them for the purposes of gaining entrance is entirely up to you. Isn't this by definition a spoiler?
