LE Encumberance, Weapon Charges, Armor Spell Duration

There are three things that I find frustrating - Returning to town every 15 minutes because I become overencumbered, refreshing my armor spell every 90 seconds, and replentishing the charge on weapons every 45-50 swings. If there are any mods out there, or any mods in the works, that can fix these issues, I'd love to know. I'd even be happy if things like Soul Siphon were made to be more useful, encumberance was tied to health instead of endurance, and the perk in alteration increased duration drastically instead of just by 50%. I just hate annoying repetitive tasks that break up the actual gameplay.
