LE All Perks

The only mods I've found that let you get all perks are cheats that give them all to you at once. What I want is something that lets you earn them all. From what I understand, the highest level you can really reach is 70, but there are apparently a lot more perks then that. I know I could add them all slowly with the console after I stop leveling, but that still feels like cheating. Could someone make a mod that lets you earn the rest? Thanks.

Player.setlevel 1 once you have hit 70. but you would have to level up by using magic or swords or whatever you DIDNT use the first time. And if everything is maxed out player.Setav "pick class such as block" 1 You will keep all the perks and it will act like its still 100, but you will beable to do it to level your character. Its not cheating and honestly after i got 100 block smithign heavy and onehanded all i cared about was restoration (i play as a pally) and i felt no need to feture into anythign else so i just reset my oneH and block :3

 

Or you will have to wait for a Level cap lift mod.

That's a good idea and I will use it if a mod doesn't come along, but I'll probably wait for a level cap one like you said.
