White beard - Pain and joy

Hi friends, nobody is answering me under the mod's discussions, so I hope somebody can help me here.

Basically I'd like to have a nice white beard for Geralt, so I downloaded the Hair Only version of HW on everything but Geralt and the DLC hair only no HW, beard should be hairworked; updated for 1.21 uploaded by the mod author on mega

Then I installed the Geralt HW white Beard_very white-1.0 + GeraltHairWorks_realBeard and GeraltHairWorks_realHair from this last archive I chose the PERFORMANCE version.

 

Now what I want to ask you is: is due to the last file (GeraltHairWorks_realHair) that when I activate the Hairworks Geralt hair are Hairworked? Or I am doing something else wrong?

My second question is that if I can still use the white beard and hair without Hairworks on everything.

And for the last question, I should worry about those script merger errors? Why can't I merge them? And why Turbolight mod into that?
