Being oneshotted by....everything

So I got a new PC and installed Skyrim again.

Using the same mods for combat that I used before.
But somehow, everybody oneshots me even on lowest difficulty.

Not as bad with Skeevers and Wolves but humanoid enemies like bandits, Draugr (especially Draugr those f*ckers) oneshots me, even spiders.
One hit and I am dead. Could this be due to a mod conflict?

I looked again at your load order. What I said then still stands. Categorization is just as important as load order. Look closely at your list. You have mod parts from same author scattered throughout your load order. ALL CoT put together, all SkyRe put together. All armor together, all weapons together. Your present load order makes trouble shooting a nightmare. I am more than willing to help you, but you must be willing to help yourself also. Remember, armor mods don't conflict with weather mods, environment mods don't conflict with follower\NPC's. So categorization isn't about changing load order of respective like mods. It's about putting like mods together. Then troubleshooting can be much more constructive. I stopped working on your mod list when you informed me the game was working. Will PM you your mod list in a categorized form. From there maybe we can solve why your being killed so easy. On easy mode you definitely should not see any one shot kills by enemies.
