CyanRaven
I've finished the Companions' main storyline and am now back doing the little side jobs the other members have for you. Thing is, I've been doing these animal extermination jobs for Aeila the Hunter for the longest time. I swear that I've done AT LEAST 10 or 15 of "this person has a predator in his/her house so go kill it" quests and I'm wondering if they ever end or if they are just completely randomize and have no defined number before that arrow stops appearing above Aeila's head. Anybody know? It's getting a bit tiresome, so if this doesn't lead anywhere...

Bethesday said they have procedurally generated quests in the game, so I'd imagine this is going to be infinite and is just a way to grind some skills and cash. If you've completed the Companions storyline, I'd be surprised if the faction has more for you to do.
Equilibrium2903
Yeah, it seems to be the same with the Burglary, Pickpocketing etc. quests of the Thieves Guild. I did more than 10 burglar jobs and still there are more^^ Edited November 15, 2011 by Equilibrium2903
BlackCompany
Good to know these things last indefinitely. Really adds some life and authenticity to the game. I mean, no matter how powerful you get, now and then someone will get a rat/cat in their basement and ask for help. And I think the authenticity depends on how often you elect to do these things. Obviously, if you finish 15 of these jobs in one day its gonna feel a little odd. On the other hand this sort of thing happening once in a game week or so would not be so strange. Nice touch.
