Urgent Weird Oblivion Face bug

Hello everyone
I've recently reinstalled Oblivion after my old hard drive died,with great effort i was able to reclaim the data folder so i could have my mods as they used to be.
Fired up,everything was normal,until i decided to do a "New Game"
Loaded,emperor's movie than all the sudden

The character appeared very strange his face was completely missing with just the teeth showing.
I noticed that the eyesockets were there but transparent .
The hair appeared the way it should had, the clothes appear partially faded ,though with the correct texture,there is also a strange dark haze over the upper part of the screen.
Strangely there wasn't any "Character Creation menu" and i could move the camera in and out

With that extensive of a load order, its kidna ahrd to say what's gone wrong really. If I had to venture a guess though, I's say you're likely missing either ini edits that are required for one of these many mods, or somehting corrupted along the way :/ With enough time and persistance I think you could trakc it down, but to be completely honest, I'd almost say you're best bet would be to copy down your load order from BOSS or WB, and then reinstall all the mods.

 

I know its not the anser you're hoping for, but its the only one I got for this sadly :/ Hope you get it fixed!

Thank you,i've tried to delete files from the \My Games\Oblivion\ and the result that the game crashes whenever i try to load\new game,but if i restore the game ini (OBGE,Oblivion.ini) doesn't crash but remains this issue

 

Also i've noticed that if i press Escape there's the sound of the menu and the game "freezes" but the menu doesn't appear,if i hit Escape again the game returns to "flow"

Uh. Umm. Hello there. I am not sure if the spoiler feature is present in that visual button menu when posting, but you should consider using it, nevertheless. Pasting load orders, inis and others in a spoiler would be more considerate of others. Like this:

Do you have both Oblivion Reloaded and OBGE installed? It looks like it, as you have OblivionReloaded.esp in your load order, and you pasted the contents of an OBGE ini. Those two mods (or not mods, more like programs) should not be used together. If you want to use Oblivion Reloaded, you need to completely uninstall OBGE and all its shaders and all that, because the two are not compatible. That might be worth a try. Maybe?
