loot list questions

I recently installed oblivion with a bunch of mods including MMM and OOO. I'm now at level 22 and the best armor and weapons i find in bandit dungeons etc, is some mithril or dwarven and most is just leather iron and steel. where is all the glass, ebony, elven and daedric stuff? are the loot lists in OOO that bad? where do i find the good stuff?

OOO was made so that fodder enemies aren't running around in full daedric/glass. The good stuff is supposed to be harder to find. Try hitting some of the mines and forts which have bosses in them. You just might be too low of a level.

Thanks. Like i said, I'm just begining to find some worn mithril and the occasional elven stuff. so far only some glass arrows. I've been mostly doing free form delving into bandit hideaways.
