LE First person view while horse riding

I love Bethesda games because they let me choose the view - I prefer first person view. Other, sometimes brilliant RPG games offer only third person view and... the immersion is gone for me and that's probably why I never finished Divinity II or Risen ;)

 

I was very disappointed to find out Skyrim allows only third person view while riding a horse. Total immersion breaker for me! I'm afraid I don't know anything about modding TES games, so I have to ask for the help of this community :)

 

I don't think this should be too hard... perhaps zoom the view, place the camera in front of the player model? Would such a mod be possible without the Construction Set?

 

Oh, and sorry if it was mentioned before, tried searching but didn't find anything relevant.

I would definitly love this as well. I quite enjoy riding around, but i dont like the 3rd person view. On a side-note, I also think they should go slightly faster and/or sprint for longer. As it is, it doesn't seem much faster than walking.

I would love to see the horses actually move like horses and not these baby steps they are taking Bethesda botched that one badly and the models are Clydesdales i beleave they need to be BIGGER Clydesdales are huge horses. This guy is about 6 foot tall with an adolesant Clydesdale
