LE Center the weaponless third-person view

Hello dear modders,

 

I'd like to know if anyone plans to make a mod to have a 3rd person that is similar to Morrowind, meaning that it would always be centered on the character, and not on the side (over-the-shoulder view), thus removing the need to scroll out (which still doesn't center it anyway).

 

I addressed this problem here :

but it seems only a mod can fix it.

 

I'd be oh-so-grateful if someone could make a mod for that, I always avoided games with that kind of 3rd person view but not playing Skyrim because of that is just too much to handle :P
