LE Daedric defiance of time

Deep in the southern mountains of Skyrim, lie some elven style ruins... a quest should be completed elsewhere, to obtain a certain mask, which should be worn in those ruins. When such mask is worn, the player reaches a realm outside of time, where the ruins become the huge elven stronghold they once were. But who inhabits the stronghold? It's an altmer mage, a vampire, daedra worshiper, who's willing to share his secrets if the player is worthy enough. He demands ritual sacrifices, spell demonstrations, souls, battles against his deamons while he tears the player's soul (drains life) for his own amusement... What does he offer in exchange? And what secrets does he zealously keep? The answer is that he's able to manifest his stronghold, although in the same place, in any age... future or past. Maybe when installing the mod, a travel to any other age could offer an empty map of skyrim, to let modding communities to build new quests and locations... imagine traveling to an age when snow elves or dwemer still live... or even the dragon cult era age... before or even after being able to travel in time, the elven mage could offer radiant quests, such as tearing a tiny piece of your soul in exchange for rare items from different eras... better items would require the player to enchant gear with more health, otherwise he may die in the process. Such quests could unlock an animation in which the player kneels and suffers an excruciating amount of pain. I can't help but think in the player standing in the middle of an elven style room, full of dwemer-like devices all around or gears continously turning on the walls, which should be activated with spells from afar. and then, a specific spell would trigger the time travel, perhaps in the form of an explosion. But what does this altmer mage look like? Does he appear in a fashion such as the augur of dunlain's? Is he imprisoned in a big daedric artifact that floats like the eye of Magnus? Does he manifest like a ghost? does he want to return to the physical world? Is he surrounded by interactive shrines of all the daedra lords? I don't know. It's up to you.
