Rainmaker91
I have been trying for a while now to shorten my plug-in list in FOMM, seeing as my game seems to crash when I use more than 150 plug-in files and is very buggy whenever passing 100 plug-in files. I have managed to merge some mods that give me weapons and such, however I can't use anyone of them because I always end up making the original mods the masters of my new mod. Is there any way I can get around this? and if I cant use FOMM or FNVEdit to do it, how do I merge them using G.E.C.K.? any help in this matter would be much appreciated. Cyberlazy
FNV plugin has a few problems...For one, I noticed when merging plugins, It won't merge leveled lists, One plugin just overwrites the other. And when telling it to merge leveled lists... it removes all duplicate entrys. (Fnvedit merge does not do this)Ie: NCR should have about 6 entrys of service rifle, to make them mainly carry service rifles with a slim chance of some other weapons, If you fnvplugin leveled list merge that with some other file that alters that NCR list, you'll end up with a list that only has 1 service rifle, hence all other weapons have an equal chance now. So some mods merge well with fnvplugin, but others don't.
Quetzlsacatanango
There is a separate option to merge lists, though I have never used it. I just use fnvedit for that.
