Aluminumfoil
Download and install New Vegas Mod Manager.Open NVMM in administrator mode (vista/7). Go to Tools>BSA UnpackerClick OpenNavigate to your skyrim data directory (default: steam/steamapps/common/skyrim/data)Select the .bsa file named what you're trying to edit. Use the left-hand panel to sort, and the search box to search, to find the files you are looking for. Select the files you wish to view or edit in the right hand panel. Click Extract. Choose a working directory for them. The .bsa unpacker will automatically extract them in the correct folder hierarchy. Edit the files as desired. Restore them to their original names if you changed their names while editing. When finished, paste the directory that has the name of the .bsa file that you initially opened into your Skyrim/Data folder. Your changes should appear in game.
