Essential Fallout 3 Mods?

OK. I only got into Fallout3 a couple of months ago, and I've got some mods installed. The quality of mods is very high for FO3 and there is everything from a few simple texture changes to a re-imagining of the game available to download.

 

I'll tell you my picks:

 

1. Project Beauty - absolutely essential in my view. The height of good taste and artistic ability.

2. Sydney Follower - probably the best follower mod out there. It's great to have a buddy who's always "got your back".

3. Type 3 Body replacer - any of them will do

4. More Where That Came From - Extends Galaxy News Radio playlist to 100 tunes!

5. A house mod - I use the Megaton House Overhaul mod but I'm not sure I'd recommend it. It's awesome, but it's also a bit broken.

 

The thing to bear in mind is that it seems most mods are now no longer supported by the makers, who have long since moved on to New Vegas and now Skyrim or just given up modding altogether. So perhaps something to consider is which mods are still being supported. None of the ones I mentioned are btw.
