Static Health Values

each race, including animals, dragon priests, mudcrabs and spriggans all have a set, and uniform maximum health value.

example:

Nord bandit, fur armor, level one: 100 health

Nord bandit chief, enchanted ebony dragonsteel armor, level 43: 100 health

Nord farmer, clothes, level 7: 100 health

draugr: 150 health

draugr death overlord evil incarnate king satan slayer of good feels: 150 health

the idea being that combat experience in no way makes you less vulnerable to having your head bludgeoned in with an axe or a war hammer.

it doesn't matter if you've spent one year adventuring or seventeen, your skin doesn't somehow deflect arrows better because of it.

thematically, this would mean that defense scales with armor instead of levels, but that it does so for every entity in the game.

disabling players choosing to gain health on leveling up would seem like a good feature, but also more complected and not completely necessary; if a player wants to imbalance their game, more power to them.

the only core feature that this mod would need is some way to set all entities of a race to one health value, (or a range of health values, if that wouldn't be too hard to implement (95-105, 270-330, etc) )

i can't imagine this would be too hard to make, but i have no experience mod making. any pointers for me to learn to make this myself would be appreciated, or, anyone making it them self would also be great.

(you could manually enter TESVedit, and change every entity's health value by hand, but that is enormously labor intensive)
