Parsons State Insane Asylum Settlement

Any modders out there willing to take on/make Parsons State into a working settlement? Lots of flat land, water, trees, etc... etc...

 

Just basically add a workshop in the maintenance shed (the building with the tractor in it), remove the tractor and pile of debris and place a workshop against the wall directly behind where the tractor is now. Make the boundaries from the overpass to the east, part of the lake to the south and the road that goes west to north, just behind the brick fence and then back to the overpass. And please make it fully navmeshed of course (;
