LE Looking for a Boulder style House Modder

I am looking for a house modder that has exp in building Med. Boulder style houses for skyrim,I have two location already pick out ,and some idea on what the house should look like,if we can use in game chat or in game email to talk back and forth,the house will have Living room,dinning hall,Kitchen, crafting rooms,smithing room, no outside smithing areas,also a indoor gardening with waterfalls room 3-6 bedrooms for yourself and followers,stables and any ideas you might suggests in it,that i might be missing, would like it too look like this on the outside and inside with large timbers but more lore friendly.
