Stealthyboy
One thing that really annoys me about Fallout 4 is the Patrolman Shades. I love the way they look, but they clip far too easily with my character's cheek bones. It's ok enough when her face is static, but if she smiles in conversation, there they go, clipping right through. So when I stumbled across bodyslide/outfit studio, I thought I had found the perfect solution for a complete newbie to mesh editing... But I can't figure out how I'd get the shades into the tool. I assume I'd need to extract them from the game somehow, but... If anyone would be kind (and patient, as I said, I am a complete newbie to this) enough to walk me through what I'd need to do, I'd be incredibly grateful. Auriejir
I had a similar issue with an asian looking character, the eyelash went through the glass. to fix it in game, I just went do some facial surgery to make the nose bone (nose bridge I think ? I'm not a native english speaker) more proeminent and the issue was gone. you might want to try it, save just before and see if you can fix it like this. damanding
I've only used Outfit Studio for mesh mashups, never for actual clothing items so I'm not any help on editing it. However what you need is B.A.E. to extract the sunglasses file from the mesh archive. http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/78/? It's most likely in Fallout4 - Meshes.ba2. Meshes>Clothes>PoliceGlasses. There are multiple files, some male, some female.
