Revamped Survival Mode Request

My idea for a better Survival mode.

 

-Non-pipe weapons are very difficult to find.

-Weapons will degrade to 50% damage without using a 'cleaning kit'.

-Bullets are craftable by using caps (as the shell casing), powder (fertilizer and maybe acid) and lead. The return is about 1 cap to one bullet depending on shell size.

-Bullets are able to be broken down into components (at a moderate loss) to reload to different loads.

-Energy weapons leave depleted energy cells that must be refilled using fusion cores in crafting. (or cores can be made out of energy cells)

-Enemies drop very little ammo and often will swap to a secondary handgun/shotgun or melee weapon in close combat.

-Loot drop is reduced, mostly just scrap is found on corpses.

-Legendary effects are craftable but very expensive (for instance plasma modifier requires a lot of radioactive material).

-Point allocation in the Special skill tree can only be done when sleeping.

-Ammo weights are realistic.

-Ammo damages rebalanced to more appropriate levels.

-Only 2 weapons can be hotkeyed at a time.

-Radiation is a constant low tick making radiation management more important. This can be tied with more frequent radiation storms.

 

Reskinning caps as shell casings may be kinda neat to go with a mod like this.

 

The feeling I would want to go for in a mod like this is a mix of Metro 2033 and the Dust mod for New Vegas.
