trying to get tattoo's from 1 mod to another mod

ok, i'm using this mod

but i love the tats from this mod

but i like the way the first looks... so is there a way i can get the tattoo's from the second to work on the first?

(if this turns out to be easy... remember i'm a total noob lol)
