bopcrane Posted November 16, 2011 Share Posted November 16, 2011 If anyone else remembers back from fallout 3 and FoNV, there were a few great mods that involved defending a settlement of your own creation from waves of enemies that respawn; it was almost a tower defense mod in that you could build the settlement, assign random people (settlers) jobs, upgrade the settlement to make it more defensible and things like that. Please tell me someone has something similar planned! ..Or am I going to have to mod it myself when the kit's released? Anyone interested in something like this? Kill Skyrim and start a new game in original area with town you raise, defend, gain resources, attack places, etc. But ya... Creation Kit and all. Lord0Zarmack Posted February 8, 2012 Share Posted February 8, 2012 this needs to be done dude, ime totaly with you on this, ive been desperetly trying to rebuild castles, ect- placing tents, using the skyrim global evolution mod, gave me the codes for stuff, so ive been gound around creating and making my own faction of hunters, ect- been filling up the pubs, n houses with my own folowers ect- this mod is so badly needed, brown bess was its name- or "real time settler" absolutly revolutionised new vegas for me, and i would be eternaly gratefull if some 1 remad eit for skyrim. ive made a cuple castles using skyrim global evolution- but again it took 5 houres, to just make the outerwalls , - there is currently no item code for stone towers, and again i would love for some 1 to tell me them, so i can continue building. In reference to the castle/town assaults, I'm sure there's a way to re-purpose the civilwar spawn markers in forts and towns for your own troops. So that when you assault a town/fort It'll be just like the civil war battles.. just between you and your enemy instead. You may be able to make a script to use in-game as well that allows you to alter the gear of your soldiers/spawnmarkers so that you can loadout your troops and such. :) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
