[Need Help] Editing a fo4edit bashed/patched/merged esp with CK

Hi, can someone help me answering a rather noob/basic question about saving esp that has other esp as its master in CK?, like a merged file created with fo4edit.

 

I've try basic instruction like set active file for the esp i want to edit and activate every esp & esm included in the master list.

 

Everytime i try to save a merged/patched esp i've made with f04edit, CK remove its esp parents on its parent masters list while the esm still remain, so if CK only recognize esm as legitimate parent masters, would it be impossible to editing a merged esp with CK?
