shadowmanionX
Hey, new to fo4 modding, just have a quick question here. If I completely remove all my fallout 4 folders, everything related to the game, save in a tiny shack in Diamond City, redownload the game and load it, do I essentially have a completely clean save? I really don't feel like starting over again.
void666
No, you don't. Mods that alter world space or add scripts can linger in your save. It's not inside the folder. It's in your save. But depends on what mods we're talking about. Mods that heavily rely on scripts can break your game. Stuff like do it yourshelf, eyebot companion, better power armor can cause problems if not uninstalled correctly. As a rule of thumb always save in several slots. Always save before trying something new.
