Texture edditing problems 2749C8A8

Hi, bcoz 2749C8A8 file i can't swap textures - my game crashes when i do, how can i edit this file? (textures are messed up if i don't swap it, game crashes only if i wear that item when i'm starting the game it works fine though if i change item during the game)
