Getting Angry, Cant get it to work!

I have messed with this all day using different methods and searching google and i can't get anything right. I have used countless console commands and had countless issues.

 

What i can't do...

 

Level 1

 

Magicka 700, Health 100, Stamina 700 and Carry Weight 700.

 

Archery, Smithing, Enchanting and Alchemy to lvl 100 with all perks.

 

200 Extra Perk Points.

 

I can't have these all at the same time.

 

"I have had the 200 extra perks at level 1 with Archery, Smithing, Enchanting and Alchemy to lvl 100 with all perks, but then my HP is 1200/12, ST 1000/10 and MG 1000/10. The problem with this is i have to much of my HP, MG and ST and it makes the game boring. I have also done about 10 different methods with different combos but i can't get the exact thing i want above, sure id be fine with a small difference but it is always drastic. The player.modav and player.setav do the same thing and i can't set the value to a specific one."

 

If i could only find a way to reset my HP, MG and ST to 100 or set them to the ammount i need then i could do it, but noooo its got to be a pain and evertime i try to set it to a number it just adds onto it.

 

Any ides on what i can do or if someone could do it?

try using player.setav instead of modav command, example: player.setav health 100

 

edit: sometimes it changes but doesn't show on menus until you level up

Edit: saw that you didn't get an answer to the Map locations, so thought I would save you the 10 sec + Loading time (clicking my links), so here you go:

TMM (0) - Toggle Map Markers (all locations, tmm 1 turns on, tmm 0 turns off)

Also to my knowledge there is no command for Perkpoints, I might be wrong though.
