Game continously has frame rate issues and constantly freezes and shows poor performances in general.

I'm pretty sure you can remove the hair mods and such from the suspects, it's probably legendary patch or amidian born. They caused problems for me when I played skyrim on my old laptop.

 

I could also be wrong and it's something else

it may be legendary patch because in caves the game runs smoothly. thanks for the tip.

Uninstalled LSP and Amidian but issue is still there

Keep USLEEP. Also please post your load order with these mods. It's easier to read and more helpful in troubleshooting.

 

Finally, could it be as simple as your hardware being bogged down by anything? I'd say the cave retextures but you say uninstalling that leaves the problem, but it still may be a factor.
