Gressklipper
35 hours in and crashed about 10 times to desktop without any warning or signs of the game having problems running. Crashed 4-5 times when using steam overlay(For screenshots, chat etc) so it doesn't play really well along with steam which is strange since steam is mandatory. The game has stopped responding 3-4 times for me as well.Playing on maxed out graphics from ingame settings, haven't gotten around to play with the .ini files yet. Only 2 mods installed(blood texture, ingame time on loading screen) and the instability started from day 1, long time before I got the mods. Haven't messed around with console yet either. There are some glitches and bugs that are annoying, but you forget about most of them within 5 minutes, they are pretty harmless. Like when an NPC you walk by is talking to you while you enter a house, he or she will follow in and keep talking. NPCs spawning on their desks instead of behind when you enter rooms. Not to mention falling mammoths and flying people who get hit by giants. All in all it's not really more stable than battlefield 3 if you have any experience with that. But it's a great buy, and it takes less than 30 seconds to start up again on a 7200 rpm harddisk. Shantih
Anyone has played FNV? Skyrim is incredibly stable in comparison. I love FNV but even without getting too many CTDs it's still a pain. I have yet to experience a CTD in Skyrim. I probably need to play more.
