Mod does not recognizes masterfile

Hello,

I've been working on my own modification of Reborn mod (more real weapons, etc.) and unfortunately saved the file with wrong Masterfiles, without the Reborn. I tried to fix this, but mod now gets the modified files from Reborn as its own and sets them as duplicates, for example if i now set reborn as 6th masterfile (after all DLCs) and open it in GECK, it says, the is a conflict between two files with same ids only one with id starting 06.....(likely original file) and another with id 07....(in my mod). and same names, and sets the second as DUPLICATE000. When I set Reborn as 7th, GECK gives the same conflict between 07... and 08.... etc. In TESsnip these files have FormID 0a.... Other files, modified from vanilla game or any DLC doesn't have this problem. Is there a chance to save this, or do i need to rewrite it with all again into new file with correct masterfiles?
