Custom Destination Is Broken

My custom destination button is broken. When I click anywhere on the map it creates the custom destination icon without confirmation which also means I cannot remove the maker. It also asks me if I want to travel to the custom destination marker when I click on it. Selecting yes, however, does not let me fast travel to the custom destination and just closes the dialog box without any additional messages. This is really kind of annoying me as it show up on my compass at all times and I have no idea what mod could cause it.
