No mods showing IN Load order screen

Alright so I have looked around everywhere, and cant seem to find anyone else with this problem, Idk maybe I just fail at research. Anyways, the issue started after yesterdays patch, So the MAIN issue is I can not see my files in load order screen, so I can't install new mods etc... I have all my mods installed manually... because Idk, the thing is there are a couple odd things about this whole mess, first of all ALL my mods seem to be working just fine! load in game everything works, secondly when i go to load order screen, there is ONE mod that DOES show up, its some random re-design of Cait, which btw I don't have activated, and just haven't deleted from the Data folder. I am completely stumped, confused, and befuddled.

Anyways thanks for taking the time to read this, any help/ideas appreciated, if anyone else is having similar problems leave a comment!

Ps I'm s*** at forum posts

The problem I see here is that by manually installing all of your mods you are making it difficult to manage them if something goes wrong, so going forward you should seriously consider using a mod manager.

That said, you could see if one of the mod managers available is able to detect your plugins properly. You don't need to use them to manage your mod installations and you could simply use it to adjust your plugin order as desired and not use any of the installation management aspects. You probably already know it, but the Nexus Mod Manager works just fine, though anything with plugin management works.

The only alternative I could think of is editing the Plugins.txt yourself. You can find it in: %userprofile%/AppData/Local/Fallout4

As to the potential source... do you have a mod with non-alphanumeric characters in the name or a mod whose name you've edited yourself? It might also be one of the mods has a broken ESP that can't be parsed by the built-in manager and it just fails silently.
