Inventory Screen Gone

Uh-oh. Something has gone horribly wrong, then. But maybe it's just a bit of communication confusion.

A correctly installed Steam account will have a "Steam" entry under the "Uninstall or change a program" option of the Control Panel, as well as entries for each of your installed Steam games. But if you simply deleted or moved folders when you first tried to "move" Steam, then you "broke" the registry entries, which could be why it doesn't show up.

When you say "all the steam games' icons are gone and are all blank pages", are you referring to what you see in the Steam Client (what you use to logon to your Steam account and display the "Store, Library, etc." screen), which is different than the game itself? That would also indicate you have broken the registry entries.

It may be possible to "undelete" from the "Trash Can" and restore things. If that is able to get your registry to now see the files it expects, you MAY be able to uninstall individual Steam games and then "Steam" (which is the Client). But all you really should need to uninstall is FNV, and then when you re-install it from the server tell Steam to create a "SteamLibrary" on your new partition and place FNV there. That should be covered in the "Steam procedure" link in the article I cited earlier.

Otherwise, you are going to need to manually uninstall AND clear out the registry by hand. A Google search on "manually uninstall steam registry" turns up a number of instructions on this, including videos.

All of this is just what you need to do in general terms. There are plenty of step-by-step instructions out there. It's best to start from the official Steam procedure, and only venture into other approaches to the problem if their procedure doesn't work for you.
