Problems with Saugus after installing some mods

Hey guys, me and my girlfriend have installed a number of mods, when we get to Saugus the game locks up and crashes to "desktop"

 

 

I believe we had an issue or two without mods where inside, if we walked down the left catwalk the game would crash, but now it's moved to the exterior...
