Could someone update or do a similar mod as : http://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/858/?

 

I really enjoy if the lighting doesn't change during conversations/cutscenes. In Toussaint Geralt lights up like a lightbulb in the middle of the night, especially if I use Atmospheric Nights. It's rather intrusive and ruins the game/atmosphere.

 

I hope someone knows how to do this.
