Lehcar
Anyone else like playing as a low intelligence character? I do, not really sure why. I just think a hero with a major flaw or disability of some form is awesome, even though in this game it really doesn't make much of a difference. But maybe it's better that way, I really didn't like how people in Fallout and Fallout 2 treated a low intelligence character like garbage (which, sadly, is a reflection of how people who are mentally challenged are often treated in real life). I think it makes my hero special (in a POSITIVE way), different, and extremely lovable. He is not perfect, but he still rocks. :) Plus, I simply the Intelligence stat to be not very useful... I can play just the same without it. Edited November 17, 2011 by Lehcar
Jeoshua
I really miss the dialogue that occured in Fallout 2 when you had a really dumb character. With a few modifications, it made getting drunk really really fun. I remember modding the game to give all alcohol a -1 stacking Intelligence penalty that lasted 2 hours. Get really hammered and try to talk to people  Unfortunately there isn't that much flavor in Fallout 3 with low intelligence. The dialogue is mainly the same, except you don't get the smart options anymore. New Vegas, on the other hand, for the most part just changes what you say, not what people say back. Oh, how I miss the days when the Devs Thought Of Everything. ----- Remember the conversation with Tor in Fallout 2? Hep Torr hep moo-moo. (Yes, of course I'll help you fend off the predation of your family's brahmin by these nefarious bugmen.) ModelV
I miss low intel characters so much. It added a whole new level of replayability to the game...
namesmelton
I think it makes the game more realistic if a hero has one, if not a few, flaws.
zegh8578
i prefer FO2's approach to a low intelligence character.its more in tune with roleplaying, plus its hilarious (well, it gets frustrating after a while)
