Nexus Mod Manager Missing Mod Error: Base File Part 1 moooo-978-0-18.7z' Cannot be Found.

Well, whenever I open the mod manager, I get that error, and it says it could be caused my setting the wrong mod folder, which I know could not be the problem, or an old config file being used, which I wouldn't think is the problem either. I'm not sure if this problem is related, but my Fallout 4 also crashes on startup. Also, as a warning, I am a complete idiot when it comes to messing with files and folders.
