LE different favorite list mod

first off sorry if this topic exists i cant search for it because skyrim favorite lists,hotkey favorite lists or favorite mod on google only brings up top 10 mods.

 

is there a mod out there that changes the favorite lists on the 360 controller? its hard to explain but right now its "up" and "down" on the d-pad bring up the same list. is there a way to make "up" bring up a different list than "down"? or even make "up","down", "left", "right" bring up different lists so i can organize my shouts from my restoration and swords?

 

the only thing i found thats close it the ability to hotkey 1-9 on the keyboard while ur using the controller. it works but im pretty ocd and tend to favorite random stuff that i want to use but hardly ever do. then shuffling through my shouts to change my sword gets to be a hassle.

 

if there is a link to something like this can someone post it?

or if a modder knows how to make something like this, i would be extremely grateful.
