DrkSpde
I've been searching through clothing mods to add some more variety to my little corner of the wasteland. There's clearly a large selection(some of it even family friendly), but it so far everything I've found appears to require crafting it in one crafting station or another. Are there any clothing mods where the outfits can be found randomly in the wasteland or through vendors like the stuff in the base game? I've seen weapon mods do it. Is there something preventing clothing mods from it, or am I just not looking at the right mods?
NeuroticPixels
http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/6750/?That's the only one I use so far. You can get the hats easily yourself by using console commands, but the hats also have a chance to spawn on settlers and in containers through out the world. DrkSpde
Not the style I'm after, but it's good to know it's possible.
firsTraveler
It'd be great if more SOME npcs wore SOME of the new outfits.
DrkSpde
Found this one. Only affect raiders, but it does show it's possible.http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/9103/? I guess sprucing up NPCs doesn't have quite the demand that sprucing up the player character does. Which is odd since you're going to see the NPCs far more often than you see yourself. (assuming you don't player 3rd person)
