Man this Game is Seriously Flawed with differences of what is Important Quest Items and Miscellaneous Items, yet its smart enough to force a Dagger and a Sword in my Inventory with No Quest Journal telling me what this is about. You need the Ivory Claw for that one. You get it in Winterhold as a reward for a random sidequest, with no explanation on where to use it. The only time you reuse claws is the Galdurn quest, and only the ones from that questline. After that they just clutter your house. There is no bonus for collecting them all, unlike the dragon priest masks. And I agree: The Galdurn quest reward was stupid after that rediculous boss fight. Not as stupid as the reward for the time-consuming Kyne quest, though. Glowing balls? That should be Yngol's Barrow, unless there are more caves containing these balls. You'll find a Coral Dragon Claw on your way through the cave. With it you can unlock a wheel door and get to the boss. Actually there are always more ways to get an item. alienzerox Posted December 20, 2011 Share Posted December 20, 2011 why would anyone even consider selling off unique collectable items or one of kind named staffs or weapons, true the claws are useless after they open up the vault, but it is consider a trophy of the hunt, something to display proudly in the home, speaking of which someone should make a display stand for the claws & busts for the masks. play the game and you will find that there are so many better ways to get gold in this game & you don't even need to cheat! hint you should check out the thieves guild & the dark brotherhood when you complete their respective quest lines the side jobs are very lucrative Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
daventry Posted December 21, 2011 Author Share Posted December 21, 2011 (edited) Here is another example of being careful, i just used waylends Soul Gem to fill my Sword with Power and now the Quest is broken, the Game dident even tell me this Gem is Quest Related.
