RevanFanMan
So I found there are two mods that allow you to craft sinks but neither of them is to my liking one gives sinks you find in a custodial area and the other gives you regular sinks that can't snap to walls but it can snap to the air... All I ask is for a craftable intact sink that you would find in a kitchen or a bathroom that can snap to walls and you can drink from.
NeuroticPixels
http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/13228/?This mod is about to expand to "CWSS Redux - Craftable Working Showers Baths Toilets and Sinks". Bookmark the page and keep up to date with the description page and post tab. I think it'll be quite a great mod.

steve40
Sinks snap to the ground and place at a specific height because of their collision. Is there a particular reason why you want them to snap to walls? It creates technical difficulties. Autoplace snap points are very finicky.Regular sinks can be placed against a wall without actually snapping to them, as long as they can be placed at the correct height from the ground. CWSS Redux will hopefully be out very soon (I was trying for yesterday, but s#*! bugs happen).
RevanFanMan
The mod I was using would not allow me to place the sink anywhere but mid-air. Just floating there, so that didn't appeal to me as I like to keep games as lore-friendly and realistic as possible. Also the sink didn't have a bottom half to snap to the ground below the base of the sink is a single pipe that is supposed to go into the wall. It's this mod here http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/12678/? Edited July 11, 2016 by RevanFanMan
pra
There's also this: http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/9538/? though I haven't tested it. What I would like to see would be a sink or something similar which REQUIRES water instead of generating it. To at least simulate that the actual water comes from the purifiers/pumps you built. I think actually connecting them to a water source would be overkill and probably impossible.
steve40
I presume you mean that a small gap is left between the sink and the wall due to its collision. I should be able to take care of that by nudging the position of the collision a little. Otherwise, adding an Autoplace connection point should take care of it. My sinks, soon to be released, will be usable by sandboxing settlers and followers, will act as water fountains, will cooperate with Hardcore mode, will have an animation of the actor leaning over to take a drink, and will have improved water effects and sounds (i.e. settlers won't sound like the Player). All vanilla sink types are included, clean and dirty versions, including the institute sink, and I have also merged the playerhouse sink tapwater animation with the sanctuary bathroom sinks. Plus a custom mirror cabinet is included that can be snapped onto the sanctuary bathroom sinks. The mirror cabinet has an improved door opening animation. steve40
OK, I've figured out the problem with sinks not placing snugly against walls - bad collision. I've come up with a fix. If I don't get the new mod up today, it will happen either tomorrow or tuesday.
