Unable to start up Nexus for Morrowind

Hi, guys.

 

I recently uninstalled my CD version of Morrowind and installed the Steam GotY version.

 

When I try starting up Nexus I get the warning in the image attached.

 

I've tried verifying the cache and reinstalling Morrowind on Steam.

 

Have I done something wrong? Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?
