BloodLX99
There are some good ideas concerning item crafting (Smithing and Enchanting) and I'd like to consolidate all those idea here and make it into a nice outlined project idea for some wonderful modder to take on and create for us.Smithing: More Recipes for SmithingThings like Light and Heavy versions for all types of armor, or Dragon Weapons. Ways to make use of more of the Misc and Ingredient category of items in crafting. Better Scaling for Older Versions of GearIf you like the look of leather, but opt not to use it because there is simply better, make it possible through upgrading armor to have lesser armors scale to that of the better armor through perks. If you get the perk for Elven Armor, allow that perk to also let you upgrade leather or hide armor to match those stats, that way it's up to the player to choose what look he/she prefers for their character. Gem SlotsPossibly allow the player to use those gems they find to turn them into small additional enchantments that can be put into armors and seen visually. Enchanting: More Enchanting RecipesBecause more is better Remove Enchants From ItemsBe able to take items that are already enchanted (but look really cool) and remove the enchant so that the player can then re-apply their own enchant that better suites them Change Armor TypeThrough magical means change the armor type of an armor to match that of what the player wants. (possibly want to limit it to things like helms and gloves). Feel free to add to the list.

Kairo29
I was thinking about trying the arrowsmith mod. I want to be able to upgrade arrows too. Just in case I wanted to use iron arrows or something but need more damage. Or maybe even be able to change how fast or slow my arrows fly i.e. slower are heavier and do more damage. Has anyone addressed being able to melt down items that you don't need to use for smithing, enchanting, and fletching? If I find a bunch of silver rings, it'd be cool to melt it down to create a silver tip for vs. undead arrows. Stuff like that. Increased usability of items is always needed. roojohan
what i would like is a time element added to smithing\enchanting\alchemy. eks. you are smithing a steel plate armor(legandary) it should take some time maybe a day or more.
