Word wall doesn´t work

I am standing near a word wall. I have not yet learned the word of power from the wall. The usual voices started chanting, I hear the same sound from learning as I approach the wall and then...

Nothing happens. The screen doesn´t go dark and I can´t learn the new spell.

 

Reloading the room by leaving and re-entering doesn´t solve anything.

I´ve already checked that I haven´t learned it before and that I really don´t have the power or shout from the wall.

 

 

Don´t know wether it really is a spoiler, but just to be sure... This regards the word wall in Folgunthur crypt. After looking for online help I found I´m supposed to learn Frostbreath.

 

 

This is on the xbox if it matters.

Make sure you stand looking directly at the wall, with the whole word in view. Otherwise it could well just be a bug. Also tried saving and reloading?

The word doesn´t light up. I´ve looked at every word in detail and in boredom, but nothing. Saving and reloading was nearly the first thing I tried... Thanks for your reply anyways.

Ive found this word aswell, where i noticed the word wasn't glowing. Tho as far as i recal, it was some "extra" to a word you learn in the main quest line. Not 100% sure, but try go back when you have gotten the "Firebreath" and "Dragonrend" shout from the main quest.

Haha, might take a while, doing every sidequest I can find right now. I´ll let you know what happens in a month or so :P
