LE Spell list

The current spell list in game is pritty bad sins it only systematic add the next added spell in the bottom of the list.

This shouldnt be a real hard mod to make i guess and will help allot of people!

Main feature is a mod that automatic restore order of all current/new spells from novice to master (in each class) and an extra bonus would be in logical pattern in each rank of each spellclass
