Okay - a double post but nevermind!

 

First open the console and type Getstage Dark01Knife. This should say 20. If it says 10, open the console and type Setstage Dark01Knife 20. When you next sleep LL should visit you. If it says 20 and sleeping does nothing you can advance it to the next stage. I shouldn't think it will cause problems later but I can't be 100% certain. Anyway to advance the quest to the point where you reach the Dark Brotherhood open the console and type Setstage Dark01Knife 30.

Malchik, your method didn't worked... I wrote Getstage Dark01Knife then Setstage Dark01Knife 20, because it didn't said 20, then I slept LL didn't came, then I wrote Setstage Dark01Knife 30, I went to DB but I can't get through door because I don't know answer to question, but in quest log answer is written. I came up with another method: I wrote player.placeatme 000224ed it placed LL, he talked to me, gave me a quest, then I quickly wrote Setstage Dark01Knife 20, because if I wait few seconds I get quest update which says tha LL has been killed and so on, after that I didn't get message that he died so I went to sleep, after sleeping in the top of screen was written that someone is around it means LL is here, then I saw LL but he didn't talked to me, neither I can to him, there is no action icon on him and I CAN go throught him! So I didn't get anwer to door from him and I can't join DB... Damn that Shivering Isles and it's bugs... Have any more ideas?

I have three suggestions.

 

Firstly if LL first approached in SI, you may need to be in SI for him to talk to you again. Try doing what seemed to almost work last time but be sleeping in SI.

 

Secondly, if you can get the code you may be able to use the coc command to get into the sanctuary. Try the Chorrol website. It's not one I use but I seem to recall that they had a full list of location codes. Whether the DB will then recognise you as being there legitimately I don't know but perhaps if they don't you can try Setstage Dark01Knife 100.

 

Finally, this is taken from the UESP WIKI. I know you haven't killed LL but it may work. Later you may need to place him back in the game. Not sure.

 

"On the PC, you can still enter the Dark Brotherhood even if you killed Lucien when you first encountered him. You will need to use the following console commmands:

player.setstage Dark01Knife 20

prid 25001

kill

player.setstage Dark01Knife 100

player.additem B258 1

You can then enter the Cheydinhal sanctuary and talk to Ocheeva to complete the quest as usual. "
