Power Fist Equip able with Power Armor

For Starters, My Character uses Unarmed and Rifles. I find it strange that I can't equip any unarmed weapons on my Power Armor. I do less damage, also I can't use a Critical Hit while in Power Armor just punching. This is problematic because without the armor I can Paralyze people with a Crit, So if any of you Kind Samaritans could Hook me up it would be much appreciated. BTW Far Harbor was the s#*!
