LE New DLC - like mod

So what I had in mind is that somewhere belove Blackreach you discover a small city populated by the descendets of the Snow Elfs and Dwemer that didnt want to fight each other and lived peacefully together isolated from the war. Over centurys they created a new race of Elfs called the Submer( name comes from living under ground ). Then you can decide to leave them there or help them take over Bleakreach which, after the questline is finished, turns into a normal city.

 

I konw it sounds impossible but looking at Faalskar and Moonpath to Elsweyr I really think it can be made.

 

I would also like to apologise for the bad language. English isnt my birth language.

I mentioned this location in a topic I made shortly after yours, but the War Quarters in Blackreach are a livable space in a relatively safe area that could be used as a base for such a thing. Just a thought... I'm no good as a modder, so all I can do is suggest.
